Interview
After spending my time in writting the application and doing the first interview, I do not mind to spend a little bit more to write my thoughts and experience:
I cannot even remember when I sent the application to this company, but as I can see in the comments, it seems normal not to receive any response after some interviews (not even an automatized response), even when they said that they would change it. I think it is a matter of respect, since the people that apply spend some time to write these applications. Nowadays it is quite common to enter in an automatized and dehumanized selection procedure, where you do not even get a reply back when they are no longer interested in you despite the time you spent with it. As some other people already commented, I will continue warning about it to my close circles. I hope someday they apply the changes that they actually said they would do a few months ago.

I've been contacted by the company in a very encouraging way. After two interviews I was told that the next step is to perform an assignment. No assignment was sent and silence ever since, reaching out didn't help.

Commencer avec un test programmation général, puis un entretien scanning, ou on parle un peu sur ce qu'on a fait, ce qu'on va faire une fois embauché, etc... . En suit quelque tests plus technique approfondi à réaliser chez soi, et entretien technique.
