Poor experience with the CEO and HR staff directly, lack ettiquette but there's also a panic look in everyone's eyes that made the 2 HOUR session (not 1 hour originally scheduled) a huge and total waste of my time but also the CEO's time! They seem to have no idea what they're looking for and he talked in circles, criss crossed what he said he wanted, and what his team said before was very different than what he thinks he needed. There's a lot of tension, and the cordial follow-up went completely ignored. Multiple people in HR to handle the growth, yet their emails were riddled with errors and they don't communicate very well. Didn't even offer to cover parking which is just poor ettiquette, especially after the schedules run hours behind and you keep people waiting. Total waste of my time, they keep reposting the job week after week for months now, there are 1000's of top tier candidates in the DC area + other locations where they could be scouting, yet they're struggling to get him to take the search seriously. Red flags on what's ahead in the company. Also didn't have much to say about the backfill but again had a deer in headlights look on camera when I asked. Ask about what went wrong, ask why they're still searching after 4-5 months, ask whats missing, and ask for more money...they are super cheap.
