      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pixalate

      Interview

There are too many red flags. First, the company has less than 20 employees and is hiring for 28 potions. And it's the same 28 positions listed on their website for the past three months so I'm questioning their willingness to actually hire the people they interview. They are also listing some of their positions in San Francisco while they dont have an office in the Bay Area. I applied for a product management job and the whole interviewing process (4 interviews including one with the CTO) was just a scam to get competitive intelligence on how my current product works, how our algorithms work etc... They asked me multiple times for work samples and product requirements. Really sketchy for a security company, knowing that our industry is so secretive about these things, and that all these doc are protected by a NDA.

      Question 1

Questions were all about trying to get as much competitive intel as they can
