Applied online, was interviewed a few days later. They asked about 3 questions about work experience, if I had experience with customer service and what my hobbies were. It took about 3 days. Pretty easy interview.
Interview phone process and then trial shift with what would have been my whole team. Final interview on phone after the trial shift before offers were handed out. All over and done with within 3 weeks which was good.
