Talk to the Director, he ask a lot question about future plan or something. and salary expection. I got pomotes because last RGM suddenly quit. I was lucky. He also asked if I have a car or not. The interview was easy

Two phone interviews and one face to face before an offer was made. I was hired for relocating to Georgia as I requested. After offer was made and training site was disclosed, they changed it a day before I left. The trip went from 55 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes one way from where I was staying to the training store.
Very few questions were asked. He only cares about enslaving people. Not about thier degree or previous jobs. He probed me about my family, who I live with, am I married, kids, divorced. These are all questions I would not ask for legal reasons. They have little to do with my job eligibility.
