The interviewer was straightforward and questions were succinct. Interviewer was not intimidating and was friendly. Face to face interview and was selected about three weeks later. I was called after 3 weeks of applying. Overall interview experience was smooth. My work experience at the call centre was great. Very friendly colleagues but the management can be alittle tricky to please. Otherwise the work timings were very flexible and reasonable. Enjoyed my work there.
