I called to follow up a day after applying. I was alled two days lasted for an interview. I got to choose what time to come in (it was durning the evening). I went in 30 minutes early(4:00 instead of 4:30). The employees were nice I was given something to drink while the hiring manager finished up. He was really nice. He didn't really look me in the eye. He asked basic interview questions and about my résumé. He complemented me and made a few jokes. He then said if I didn't receive a call I didn't get the job (this was the first day of interviews. Overall it was pretty relaxed , it took a total of 15 minutes.
