2 interviews- one with each store manager, interview is usually in store at a table while other people dine around you. Dress is pretty casual. Questions weren't difficult. Just about why you want to work there...are you a people person...have you served before...my interviewer didn't ask for a resume.
Training was nonexistent....I was shown once how to answer the phones and then on my own.
