Initial phone interview- asked what my desires with the company were
interview with D.O.- detailed explanations of the position, many questions on past experiences and "how to" situational questions
Interview with CEO- introduce self and really just talked and wanted to get to know me
Fairly easy just showed my resume with masters degree. and they didn't ask more than a few baiting questions so overall pretty good. That's all there is to say. i'm just filling at this point.

Quite a few face to face interviews (3). Ride along with other DM. They weren't actually hiring for a DM positon. They are looking for GM's so they wasted my time. They need to be honest with their intentions.
