It was a week process...
first they interviewed me on individual basis. than the group discussion, after that the skills test, personalty test , clarifying the identification , issuing certificate and at last real life situational examinations.
NO GENIOUS REQUIRED. Just simple +2 certificate and a simple personality may do it... nothing extra.
