I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Plan A Technologies (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2026
Interview
4 Interviews
1 Code challenge to do offline with 2 hours, It was about data manipulation using data structures like maps and list with real scenarios.
2 POO and role requirements questions with the Recruiter.
3 Client Manager interview, some tech questions and situations
4 Tech interview with an engineer, This was the worst, they had camera offline and asking core java questions and some spring boot. Then 20 minutes for a code challenge, it wasnt hard but they asked me to share my screen and open a notepad, which made it way more difficult.
Overall I will not recommend as they took too long to schedule the next interviews

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Plan A Technologies (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Aug 2025
Interview
Interview was purely on core java, spring boot and JPA.

Question about project was not asked as It was first round I guess. They offer a position in this round only. They said there would be another round if clients want.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Plan A Technologies (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2025
Interview
The interview was punctual and well-organized on a formal level, but the overall treatment during the conversation felt distant and mechanical. The questions were taken straight from a script, with no real effort to connect with my profile or adapt to my answers. At times, the recruiter interrupted or showed little empathy, which created an uncomfortable and discouraging atmosphere.
When salary was discussed, I mentioned my current compensation, but there was no clarification on currency or structure. In the end, I received the standard rejection message with no meaningful feedback. This lack of transparency and care makes the process feel more like a formality than a serious evaluation.
Pros:
- Fast coordination and punctual scheduling.
- Clear explanation of the interview stages.
Cons:
- Cold and unempathetic attitude during the interview.
- Scripted questions with no genuine engagement.
- Lack of transparency about the client, role, and salary.
- Generic rejection with no useful feedback.
