Interview was purely on core java, spring boot and JPA. Interview questions were mostly implementation based. I was asked about stream, hashcode contract, transaction management, jpa. Question about project was not asked as It was first round I guess. They offer a position in this round only. They said there would be another round if clients want.

When salary was discussed, I mentioned my current compensation, but there was no clarification on currency or structure. In the end, I received the standard rejection message with no meaningful feedback. This lack of transparency and care makes the process feel more like a formality than a serious evaluation. Cons: - Cold and unempathetic attitude during the interview. - Scripted questions with no genuine engagement. - Lack of transparency about the client, role, and salary. - Generic rejection with no useful feedback.
