Worst experience ever. Lengthy process (it took them 2 months to interview me). I interviewed with about 5 people total, from HR manager all the way to Marketing VP. Every week I was prepping for an interview with a different person and that was very annoying. At one point I had an interview with a tradeshow/event coordinator… for a MARKETING position. I thought it was going well but they ghosted me. By the 6th/7th week I was told that a decision would be made and I kept waiting and being patient. Emailed the HR manager for an update and they never responded after the 2nd month. Waste of my time and my nerves! I get you all are busy with events or what not, but please don’t leave your candidates hanging; it is rude and giving people false hope is wrong.

HR recruiter reached out and then I met with the hiring manager. The day after I was told I was not moving forward and then a month later the recruiter reached out again and wanted me to meet with the hiring manager again. I again was rejected a few days later. Big waste of my time.
