I received a call 5 days after applying to say that the Head of HR would like to speak to me. It was a very brief chat as I could not really speak but we dicusssed salary expectations and I was told by the recruiter she would email me with more details and times. I did not hear anything for a couple of days and then got a system generated automated rejection. I sent the recruiter an In mail via Linked in to ask for an update and if this had been sent in error, and my Inmail has been ignored.
