I was introduced to Planet and the role through an Agency. There were three stages to the interview process. 1) Skype video call 2) Face to Face presentation 3) Final Face to Face The interviews were fantastic! They were the perfect mix of competency and experience questioning and character profiling. I had lots of chances to ask questions and understand the role. At each stage, I was introduced to a new person who would be key stakeholders for the role. This really gave both myself and the wider team a real insight into each other. All of this was done in a relaxed professional manner enabling me to focus on getting my experiences and capabilities across. The communication was great across the whole process and I never felt left in the dark. I can honestly say this was one of the best interview experiences I have had in a long time.
