Negligent and very unprofessional! Had a Microsoft Teams interview scheduled for 2:30pm on July 20th, and was stood up by the recruiter. I had a ticket, a Google Calander and an email, all stating that my interview would take place. I followed the Teams link that was sent to me but, was left waiting for the recruiter to join, before having to accept that he was a no show. I waited 20 mins! Once someone has joined the interview link on Teams, the recruiter should have got a message. I even emailed the company twice (using the email that was provided for questions or feedback) to ask if there was an issue, or if the recruiter needed to reschedule. I still haven't got a response from recruiter or company! I wouldn't normally be bothered with writing bad reviews, but I think this is an awful thing to do to someone and, highly unprofessional! A message to cancel would have sufficed. If they hired someone else, they could at least have sent me a message stating so, rather than leave someone re-arrange their schedule and then not showing up. It's a disgrace. Shame on you!

The interview was scheduled a week after submitting the application. Everything is fine at this stage. Then at the appointed time no one connected to the vidio call. Tried to contact by e-mail, but no one answered me. I found on Linkedin the people who are responsible for the recruitment process and wrote to them. No one responded. Very unprofessional.
