Interview
The application/interview process went on for almost 3 months. Was first contacted by their acquisition specialist for a video call screening which did not go well because the person did not arrive. Same person contacted me again to reschedule, she showed up but would not turn on her video. Moved on to the next round and interviewed with two senior designers/supervisors, went well. Got invited to a "final" round with some vp person along with the same 2 senior designers/supervisors, went fast and well.
They promised to send an update a week or two later after they finish interviewing everyone else. Never got said update. Reached out to the same talent acquisition person from the beginning of the process to get a status, she promised end of day. Nothing. Whole process started late January, ghosting happened sometime in April.
Early May I got an email from the same talent acquisition person inviting me to interview for the same graphic designer role that "just opened up". LOL
Sending even an Ai-generated rejection letter is not difficult. Waste of time.

Interview
I met with both the art director and creative director. They were super nice. I prepared a presentation for the interview and it was really helpful to present my previous works and experience concisely.
