The interview process was incredibly smooth, organized and efficient. From submitting my application to my offer letter, the process took just over two weeks. There were three stages: call with a recruiter, call with hiring manager, and panel with three team members. Everyone I met with was professional and friendly, making the whole process comfortable and easy.

Was prospected by a recruiter who was very knowledgeable and thorough during our initial call, and asked some questions that I hadn't been asked before which I appreciated. The interview process was smooth, timely, and gave a strong insight into what the culture at Planful looks like. The timing for me wasn't right, but Planful is definitely on my radar for future opportunities.

The process was simple: recruiting call, first round interview, and a final director level interview. The experience was really impressive - even the recruiter would text me the day of the interview to wish me luck. They also had great follow up. After the final interview, I received no communication on whether or not I got the position. The recruiter said I would hear the beginning of the following week and I was completely ghosted. A few weeks after, I reached back out to ask for interview feedback so I can use that for future interviews. They did not reply.
