Planful's interview process was truly one of the best I have experienced. I applied through the referral process and the entire process only took about 2.5 to 3 weeks. The recruiter I worked with (Emily) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the company, the team, and the culture. She was quick to follow up, schedule interviews, and offer help or support during the process. My interviews with the hiring manager (Shaneil) and VP of CS were also excellent. Shaneil had such thoughtful and insightful things to share about her experience working at Planful, and also asked great questions during the interview. She embodies the culture at Planful so well, as a great communicator, a true team player, and an advocate for progress and excellence. I also enjoyed my final round interview with the VP of CS, who has a very clear vision for his team, including their professional growth, their continued learning, and their positioning in the industry. I was so deeply impressed by this team. I did end up accepting another offer, but will be eager to watch Planful continue to grow and thrive, and to see this team succeed in its endeavors (and I'll definitely have an eye out for roles in the future).
