Interview was quick and lighthearted. There were minimal questions asked--the usual--explosive your work history, experience in the field, preferred hours, strengths and weaknesses, reliability, punctuality. There was also some discussion of desire to move up and future plans as it regards to the company and future career.

I had a very short phone interview, and then was brought in for a face to face interview a week later. It was pretty informal, but it was still a tough interview. I think I didn't get the job because I didn't have medical experience, and I was nervous.
