I applied through indeed.com & received a phone call from HR the following day. Had a brief phone interview that lasted about 10 mins (mostly about general questions). Moved to the panel interview 6 days later which was held with 5 people. They asked some of the same questions I answered via the phone interview but more situational questions. Waiting to hear back if I got the offer or not.

The interview process was easy and was with a manager and assistant manager. They asked traditional interview questions and told me about next steps. I heard back within a day. They also make sure to clarify that you are comfortable with the work Planned Parenthood does.

Interview was entirely remote, scheduled online through email and performed on Microsoft Teams. Interview had minor technical issues on employer side. Interviewers were friendly and the interview was very casual.
Was honestly pretty easy process. The questions were not too hard and the interviewers were very friendly. The pay for what they expect from a health center assistant is not very high.
