I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood in Jul 2018
Interview
The initial interview was a phone screening/interview with the regional manager. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and was a combination of explaining an overview of the organization, as well as personality-based questions, regarding management style. The second interview involved an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I was offered a second interview immediately, however due to miscommunication, waited for HR to schedule my second interview with the hiring manager. Exactly two weeks after my phone interview, I was advised that the position was no longer available, offered to an internal candidate, and they would no longer be able to consider me for a second interview. Very disorganized and unprofessional experience.
