Phone call first then interview second. They ask for experience and medical knowledge. They ask where you give an injection and where to place a blood pressure cuff. As well as how many years of experience I have and what can I offer to the company.
the interview went well. I only completed the first interview and was asked to schedule a second one but felt pretty let down by the company. It's very low pay for the position. Not really enough to live on where I was interviewing for.
Phone interview then job shadowing at nearest clinic. The job shadowing shows what you will be dealing with there. I was able to job shadow on a day they did abortions.
