I was contacted by HR via email after submitting my application to set up a phone interview. We spoke on the phone for less than 10 minutes and I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. Weeks passed and I figured I wasn't going to hear from them again. Surprisingly, they did contact me to set up an in-person interview. It took two more weeks before I heard from them again.

Did a phone interview with recruiter, was supposed to do a zoom interview with hiring manager, but did in person instead. Interview was pretty basic questions. Manager was very nice and we sat on couches during interview. Very comfy and not scary.
