First had a phone interview with an HR recruiter and then was invited for an in-person interview that was extremely informal, which may have been because they were not seriously considering me for the position - not sure. Two days later I received a form letter email notifying me that I wasn't moving through to the next round panel interview. I was very disappointed that I didn't receive a more phone call, which didn't allow me to get any feedback about why I failed to get the job. The whole interview process seemed disorganized and unprofessional.
