There were many questions about working in a team environment, as well as a few about whether or not you support the organization and it's goals. It was good. They gave me a file right before the interview. It was a document for me to write my references as well as my work history, which was annoying. They did not tell me beforehand that they were going to do that and I didn't have some of the contact information that I needed for my references and my work history addresses and such.

Application was submitted, interviewed in person and received an offer a few days later. The clinic manager and the supervisor were present at the interview. They asked many questions about my work experience, they asked if I ever had a difficult patient and how I handled the situation.
