I was found online by a recruiter. She had me email my resume and scan a paper application before my interview with the director. On the day of the interview, I arrived very early due to my transit. The recruiter and director were available and offered to interview me earlier than planned, which was great. First, I met with the recruiter who clarified my background. Then I met the regional director. She asked me to tell her about myself, why I chose Planned parenthood, and what questions I had for her. She told me about the training, which is impressive. Weeks of preceptorship and classroom learning so you feel very prepared. She then introduced me to a doctor who asked direct questions about what procedures I was familiar with.
