Received a call from the current paralegal and agreed to an interview. The interview was in two parts, one where you got to ask questions and learn about the position, and the other testing your writing, analytical, and attention to detail abilities. The tests weren't difficult, but it definitely throws you off if you've never seen a legal document before.

Interview
Planned Parenthood has great recruiters and I had an good interview process. They genuinely seemed interested in knowing me and my goals. They were also very responsive to question. However, I would’ve loved to hear feedback though.
Skills test where you had to read a legal opinion and edit some materials and then 1.5-2 hour long interview with two groups of interviewers. Fairly friendly interview, I don't recall any very surprising questions.
