Interview
It was a pretty standard process. First was an HR screening (~20 minutes). Next was round 1 of the interview process (1 hour video chat with hiring manager and a couple other members on the team) After that, if selected, you can move on to an in-person meeting at the office.

I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (New York, NY)
Interview
I was invited to have a phone interview after about 2 months since submitting my resume/application. I spoke with their talent acquisition specialist who was loudly typing away and I was trying to talk which was a little distracting to say the least and caught me a bit off guard. It seemed as if the specialist was reading off a sheet of paper because when I asked for clarification they admitted that they wanted to change the question but didnt get around to it. It felt very impersonal and forced.
