Lengthy interview process. After initial screening interview went through another 3 interviews. Was asked to complete an assignment that took about 4 - 5 hours to fully complete. Was really disappointed that after spending so much time interviewing and completing the assignment I never heard back. I was interviewing for several positions a the time and a simple "no" would have been appreciated. I followed up with the HR specialist several times handling my interview process and never heard back. Was very surprised how inconsiderate the HR team was.
