It was a very relaxed interview over zoom. They mostly try to understand your personality and views. There definitely ask if you will be ok with witnessing an abortion. I don't know how they work and wouldn't judge anyone for making that decision, but I told them that if has anything to do with a surgery, I am too squeamish for that. It was an honest answer but apparently not what they were looking for. They never contacted me again after the interview. Not even a rejection email. They were very nice, but they look for a "yes" person for everything.
