After applying online via Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, you receive an email from a talent acquisition partner to schedule a screening call via Calendly app. The partner I was scheduled with, Irene Arnold, did not confirm the appointment or even reach out to me. The appt I initially picked was missed, with zero communication. So I had to reschedule another one for the next week. Lo and behold, she actually called me. The screening was incredibly quick, not detailed, and Irene was very terse. She barely asked questions regarding the position and seemed to have made up her mind about not filling the spot. After letting me know it would be about two weeks before I heard back, she never communicated with me further. The only reason I know the position is filled is because the posting is no longer there.
