Interview
I was greeted by an employee in the window who told me to fill out an application (which I had already filled out to get the interview) and that someone would call me in a bit. The interview time was supposed to be 11am, I arrived 15 mins early, and was called back at 11:30. The interview took only 7 mins as the hiring manager seemed uninterested and didn't actually ask any meaningful questions. She just read off of my new application as if she didn't bother looking at the previous one.
3 step process, interview on the phone followed by two in person interviews. last Interview is with the whole health center to see fit. Found out result of the process in a total of 1 month.

I submitted an online application with my resume, then someone from HR reached out after about a week to schedule a phone interview. I completed the phone interview and was then invited to have an interview in-person with the one who would become my supervisor. They asked me relevant questions to assess my experience and also how I would fit in with the team. Someone from HR reached out within two days with an offer.
