Fairly straight forward. First was a phone interview with recruiter, then video or in-person interview with director and clinical director. Follow-up was with recruiter. Recruiter answered most of my questions before the main interview, which consisted of case scenarios. The recruiter also sent me the application, benefits package, CEU compensation. Afterwards, you are scheduled to attend a new hire orientation, followed by a 10 week training period.
