Initially, I communicated with an HR team member who scheduled a 30-40 minute phone interview with me for later that week. After that converssation, that same HR team member contacted me to schedule an in-person interview with management from the dept. I applied to. I was interviewed by the position supervisor and that person's supervisor. The interview was conversational and similar to a professional discussion of job role and tasks. I followed up via email and phone with both dept. staff and the HR contact after the interview.
