The whole process took over a month, which felt excessive.
The initial phone screening was great, she asked me standard interview questions but in a relaxed manner. In that call I was told that the position would be hybrid with flexible hours. My first actual interview was about a week later with the office manager. We mostly chatted about my experience, and it felt very natural. I was told in this interview that it wasn’t a hybrid position and that it had set hours. No big deal.
About a week later, I was set up for another interview with the same person. In this one, she asked me standard interview questions, as if she were just meeting me for the first time, which caught me off guard. Two weeks after that interview, I had another interview with another office manager. It was pretty much the same exact interview as the last two ones.
Each time, I had to follow up in order to hear back, which felt odd.
Overall I’d say my experience was neutral, but it did feel like they had wasted my time in the end.
