The interview process was great. I met with HR ahead of time to go over the process the company would follow, who I would meet with and what to expect. This really allowed me to prepare well and make the most of the opportunity. Throughout the process I had regular conversations with HR and was kept updated of progress. This was very much appreciated as the interviewing timeline was a little drawn out due to unexpected scheduling challenges. But I was informed of this too. Once an offer was made and accepted, HR was great about following up with me and helping me get through the pre-onboarding processes, which was simply a background check. Overall it was a very positive experience. And the key that made it so great was the communication.
