The interview process was really good and had a good experience for the most part. The recruiter was a bit too honest and told me I was the best candidate and then just ghosted me. She shouldn't share that much detail in the interview process

Received an email from an internal recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Interview was confirmed. I blocked my schedule and waited an hour for the call that never came. I replied to the confirmation email to ask if she wanted to reschedule and never received a reply. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
