SONY has the worst recruiting practice. I had actually applied almost a year ago for this job and never heard back. THEN I was contacted recently for the interview. HR and recruiting has been farmed out to H1b INDIANS. Phone interview then onsite interview with manager and team members. Manager was rude and condescending toward me in spite of my qualifications and still wanted me to waste several hours after he flat out rejected me. The people all came from Intuit as rejects. Managers are horrid the worst from Intuit so I am not surprised. Sony is full of H1b Indians too so forget even getting a job here if you are a white American male. I walked out because I did not want to have to wait a half hour to suffer several more interviews after the unprofessional behavior on this hiring manager's part.
