I'm quite upset about my experience here. A recruiter had responded to my application and wanted to set up a phone call. We did that. She went to great lengths to share how excited she was about my experience and candidacy for the role. She informed me that she would be setting up an interview with the hiring manager as a next step but that it would likely take a few days (as he was busy, known to be a bit slower). 2-3 weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I politely followed up with her. She did not respond. I let another week go by and sent yet another follow up. Again, I received no response. I was ghosted. If this is par for the course at SIE/Playstation, I don't think I'll ever apply for another role there again.
