The hiring manager interviewed me on zoom from England from his home. He seemed unable to answer certain questions regarding the job. I also found him rude. I know he has only been in the role for a few weeks but he should be able to give clear and concise answers regarding target goals, duties, and official starting date of the new subscription team. Perhaps a higher up manager should also evaluate since he seemed quite new and reading directly from a script. standard questions. Nothing new but the organization lacks diversity and there is a bias during interview process. The recruiter and hiring manager will ignore follow up emails. Terrible recruiting structure. Terrible communication. Hiring manager offered feedback but feedback was not given and my emails were ignored it. They will not get back to you.
