Very unprofessional. Got an invitation to interview and select a 1-hour video interview slot from the given dates. No one reached out with any updates and after several follow-ups, they reached out saying they faced some issues and wanted me to select fresh slots. After I selected the slots they again did the same thing. Later on the recruiter sent an email saying she is going to pitch in and take my interview (just a filler). She asked me to schedule a half an hour interview with her where she joined for 13 minutes and asked some nontech questions and later sent me an email saying I was not selected by the team.
