Got Screened by a recruiter who thought I was a great fit, and then went on to the interview. The Interviewer seemed very biased towards me despite me having more knowledge in the field.

There was first a quick phone interview with HR, then they set one up with the hiring manager. I spoke to them for 15-20 minutes. The manager set up a panel interview for 1-hour with 5 individuals. Each interviewer took a turn to ask me various questions about my experience, skills, and business knowledge. Afterwards, the manager approved for HR to send me an offer letter. I worked through the HR agency for the rest of the hiring process.
