apply with CV and motivational letter why I would be a good canditate. Then got accepted and was sent a task I had to complete and send back. Then was invited to in person interviw in the tartu office where I had to talk about myself and got a good overview of the postition I was applying to. Had to do some test exercises in person as well, they were related to my every day future tasks.
