I had applied online and after 3-4 days received an email saying that I have to attempt an online exam. I attempted it and then I was selected for a face-to face interview.

Questions related to the online exam and in general testing questions. The questions were based on general testing concepts like boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning and so on.
