Playtech interview questions

A light conversation with people from the interviewers who are QA and another person from the team (Julian Y. and Ivaylo M.). In general, people were not prepared to interview someone who has more technical knowledge and engineering experience than them. They seemed like people who are afraid to hire someone more experienced than them. The conversation was slow and embarrassed, as the team is small and they sounded like they were not happy there and not doing interesting things. - For comparison: after that I had 3 interviews with similar questions and in 3 I got a positive and a job offer only here people were sad and demotivated.

An hour long test on paper testing core Java knowledge. Some yes-no question, multiple choice questions and to write a small code. After that we had a face to face discussion about the questions.
