I went into detail explaining my cost savings, and how I had excellent reviews from my peers and key aspects of my substantial facilities team interactions. I later reviewed the Supervisor whom interviewed me online, and found out he was very young, and new to the position. I had more experience at supervision and team leading than he did, which I described these duties and my abilities to constantly step up as a team player.
