Recruiter posted job, emailed a copy of my resume in, Recruiter called and did 1st phone interviewed, said I was exactly what they were looking for, Novelis Human Resource Team, prepped by looking over company and reaching out to my professional contacts, took several attempts to schedule and Novelis even NO called on 2nd scheduled Phone interview. No apologies nothing from Novelis. Thought it was dead in the water right there, but Recruiter said they were still very interested just scheduled internal training at the same time as interview. Recruiter had no explanation but at least he was apologetic. When phone interview did happen, they then impromptu brought the Supervisor for the position into meeting. Which was not part of the itinerary they emailed, but perfect I thought so I could talk with him directly. However, the Human Resources person asked all the question, and he on briefly spoke about the position. Again I was perfect for the position in description, duties, and questions asked they said. By the end of the meeting they were talking about having me in within a week. Next day, Recruiter calls and says they are not interested. Real flaky from start to end...
