The interview process began with an overview of HR and benefits, then I gave a PowerPoint presentation to the full interview team. The presentation is a great way to set the stage for the rest of the day, so I would make sure that you put time and effort into its creation and rehearsals of your presentation. After that, I had several technical interviews with two interviewers, and two more general/leadership interviews with a single interviewer. The second technical interview was more OO programming specific, but was actually much higher-level than my first technical interview earlier in the day. My first technical interview hit much more advanced topics, whereas the second one included programming basics such as static variables, constructors, vectors, etc. I was surprised by the jump down in complexity, it seemed like the interviewers did not plan ahead of time the levels of detail that they were going to go into, but both were well run interviews. They emphasize C/C++ in their workplace. The workplace was bright, clean, and the people were friendly.
