Interview Experience at Plexus (Bayan Lepas, Riverside Site) This was one of the most unpleasant interview sessions I’ve experienced: The interviewer reviewed my payslip directly, which I believe should be handled by HR since it is private and confidential. I was not given the opportunity to properly answer questions. Instead of open-ended questions that allow me to explain my experience, I was limited to only close-ended ones. It felt like the decision not to proceed with me was already made before the interview, raising the question of why waste the candidate’s time in the first place. The interviewer used inappropriate words and even told me I was wasting his time — very unprofessional behavior. I cannot comment on the actual work environment at Plexus Bayan Lepas (Riverside site), but based on the interview alone, I walked away with a very negative impression of the company’s culture and professionalism.
