Got interview at career fair, interviewed a few days later. Interviewer asked standard behavioral questions. Was told that I'd get a response within 2 weeks. Never heard back from them and it's been a month and a half.

Initial HR screen, followed by a technical screen and an in-person interview. The technical screen included standard algorithm questions, along with some object-oriented architecture questions.

Tuve en primer una llamada telefónica y después una entrevista técnica. Salí con buenas sensaciones de la entrevista pero, pasaron los días, y ningún feedback. Tuve que preguntar por el feedback y me respondieron que el proceso se ha quedado en "Stand by". Abrir una vacante, hacerle perder el tiempo a candidatos, y después que no continúe el proceso, en mi opinión, denota poca profesionalidad y confianza.
